Tomorrow - *Asset Mods will also become available for Cities: Skylines II. The free beta update to the Editor will allow modders to implement their own unique props and buildings, and share them with the Cities community through the Paradox Mods library.
The latest patch for the new Bridges & Ports DLC for Cities: Skylines II changes quite some stuff under the hood. This requires many mods to be updated to be compatible with the new version, even though no major changes in the Mods’ code should be required.

New avenues are being built, while other roads are obstructed as they are being remodeled. This is how the city is preparing to receive the first subway lines, which will revolutionize local public transport and give commuters a more comfortable way to travel.
On the 3rd of October 2025, the latest patch for Cities: Skylines II (version 1.3.5f1) went live. This is a free patch which is released to everyone who owns the game. The patch is live now on Steam. It will be live on Microsoft Game Pass as soon as possible.
