I eat what a lot of people consider nightmare hot food and this never happens to me. Are y’all just mega fiber deficient or something???
Assuming this is the perspective of Americans, about 19 in 20 Americans do not eat enough fiber.
The easiest way for me was to embrace some good keto bread brands as they seem to really pack in the fiber
