It’s not enough to have women on the ice, we need them in the coaching staff, front office, medical staff and officiating:

Coach and referee education is one of four pillars of the organization’s ALL CAPS ALL HER program, and the ‘Stripes For Her’ program marks the first time the Washington Capitals have hosted a clinic targeting women and girls in officiating.

I prefer when there are two women announcing a match. Some of the men talk over the women, and when it is two men it feels wrong.

You could probably have a good male announcer, but in practice they talk about NCAA men’s basketball on the call way too much for my taste.
